Delivery Areas We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Payment Method We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected upon delivery.

Production Time All items are custom-printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days depending on the order.

Delivery Time

• Dubai: 1–2 business days after production
• Other Emirates: 2–3 business days after production

Delivery Charges Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.

Free Delivery Free delivery on orders above AED 200.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, our delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time.

Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply.
