Welcome to INKZOA. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Orders All products are custom-made based on your specifications. Please review your order details carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information (design, size, text, etc.).

2. Order Confirmation Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your printing details, quantity, and delivery address before production begins.

3. Production & Delivery

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Delivery within UAE: 1–3 business days after production
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in AED. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use it. INKZOA is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by customer-provided artwork.
